Our Policies and Guarantee
Masterpiece Life Cancellation Policy:
1. Refunds & Credits: Within the first 10 business days of purchasing a seminar we provide a full refund or credit.
2. Transferring to another seminar: You can transfer your purchase amount to any other Masterpiece Life event within 1 year of date of purchase. An administration fee of $25.00 applies to all transfers.
3. Transferring to another person: You can transfer your ticket to another person up to 21 days prior to the event. This is to be done in writing and with a response from Masterpiece Life acknowledging the transfer to another individual. An administration fee of $25.00 applies to the transfer.
4. In-Seminar Special Advanced Tickets: Promotional Tickets purchased during an event for a future similar event, are non-refundable and one time transferable to the next similar. Administration fees will apply.
5. Product is non-returnable unless defective. Notification must be give within 10 business days from purchase and product can be replaced.

We guarantee that our events are life transforming and inspiring. If by the end of any of our seminars you feel that you have not received value we will gladly refund your ticket price.
